Snow

We had a light snowfall here in North Texas, our first of the season. Snow is rather rare here though we had 3 snowfalls last year (probably a record!), including on Christmas Eve, giving us a White Christmas! The last one was in February. Though many were disappointed here that there was no snow day (no school), the snow stayed on the ground from Sunday through Monday and there is still a light blanket of it. The weather has been in the 20's since Sunday also, with maybe a few breaks in the middle of the day.

Why am I talking about the weather? Well, my friend and I scrapped together on Sunday and our kids (both in 8th grade) went outside to play and we got some great shots of them! We had more fun than they did, haha. I have been working on some layouts but haven't had a chance to photograph them yet, with the grey weather. Be on the lookout for some posts in the next few days!
