Some tags :)

Will try not to make this one a marathon post. ;)

 An ATC card:

I tried out some blending with markers - used Bic Mark It & Copics; I drew the holly with a Zig Vellum marker. It did a pretty good job of staying permanent when the lines were fine, if thick not as well. This was my first time to try this. How fun! I practiced on an outgoing package:

Then I made this tag for my husband's secret Santa gift for today:
My only problem with these is that I felt a little dizzy from the markers and a couple of hours later I went to pick up my son from school and when I went outside I was slammed with a migraine. I will have to limit the time I spend using these; I was in a well ventilated area. I sure hope I am not too sensitive to them because this is very cool!

  1. OH WOW!! OK so what did you use to write on the ribbon? I don't any of the markers mentioned...did the Bic Mark It markes give you a headache? I know I can't stand the fumes off the Zip Dry Glue, awful!

  2. Hi Yolie :)
I'm not sure if it was the Bics or the Copics or maybe combining them? They are both alcohol based markers. Copics are very pricey. Bics are cheap! and readily available @ Walmart and other local stores. Haven't tried Zip Dry Glue, will stay away from that one!
The ribbon came that way. Wish I could take credit! :)

  3. I should add some rhinestones to the ATC on the holes. LOL, commenting on my own stuff.
